The Makers Explain
The team making “The Raja Saab” used their X account to clear things up. They said they’ve paid out over 60 crore rupees to daily workers in the past year. They also admitted that about 1 crore rupees for work done in July is still owed. The film’s makers acknowledged there were payment issues. However, they also shared their frustration. They were not happy that private payment details became public knowledge.

When Will Workers Get Paid?
The makers went on to explain why there were delays. They said it was because workers were not available for the last two weeks. There was also a sudden strike. Plus, the next part of the shooting schedule had not started. They understood the tough spot the workers were in. So, they decided to change their payment plan. They promised to pay everyone this very week.
