Performances at the Mahakumbh Mela
The Mahakumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, has begun, and this year, it features a star-studded lineup of performances. Renowned artists such as Shankar Mahadevan, Kailash Kher, and Kavita Krishnamurthy are set to take the stage.
Performance Schedule
According to the Culture Ministry, Shankar Mahadevan will kick off the performances on the opening day, while Ramohit will conclude the program with his music. Other notable artists, including Kailash Kher, Hans Raj Hans, Hariharan, Kavita Krishnamurthy, and Maithili Thakur, will also perform.
The performances will showcase a diverse range of music and dance, from classical to folk. Some of the notable performances include:

These performances will take place at the Ganga Pandal in the Kumbh Mela grounds, featuring approximately 15,000 artists.

Mahakumbh Mela Details
The Mahakumbh Mela began on January 13 and will conclude on Shivratri on February 26. During this period, approximately 40 crore people from India and abroad are expected to attend.
