Lyricist Manoj Muntashir has expressed his anger over not being given proper credit for his work on the song. Although he was tagged in the caption, his name was not mentioned alongside the singer and composer.
Manoj Muntashir took to X to express his disappointment and threatened to take legal action against the makers of the film, including Jio Studios, Maddock Films, and Saregama Global.

Manoj Muntashir has warned that if the issue is not resolved, he will withdraw his name from the song and take legal action. He believes that the makers of the film have shown disrespect for the craft and fraternity by not giving him proper credit.
