Musician Mainul Ahsan Noble has been released on bail after being arrested in a fraud case. Nobel has apologized for canceling concerts in Lalmonirhat and Shariatpur after his release.
Noble said there was a misunderstanding about the programs in North Bengal and Shariatpur. I promised, I will go to Vedarganj in North Bengal and Shariatpur and repeat the two programs later.
He said these things after being released from the courthouse on Monday (May 22) afternoon.
Earlier, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Shafiuddin granted bail to musician Mainul Ahsan Noble after the hearing. On this day, the accused Noble was brought to court after remand.
On the other hand, his lawyer Abdullah Al Mamun applied for bail. Plaintiff Safayet Islam was present during the hearing. The plaintiff told the court that he had received the money.
The representative of SSC batch 2016 of Shariatpur’s Vedarganj Headquarters Pilot High School was arrested on the charge of fraud on May 16 at Motijheel police station in the capital. Safayet Islam sued as plaintiff. The next day on May 17, the court accepted the statement of the case and ordered to submit the report on July 9. Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police arrested Nobel in this case.
