A false lunar eclipse will be seen in Saudi Arabia on May 5. During this time, a shadowy eclipse will be seen in the sky.
This is one of those types of eclipse during which the Earth’s shadow does not fall on the Moon, but some of the Sun’s light does not illuminate the surface of the Moon, making the Moon 10% less bright than usual.
In this regard, Malham Hindi, a member of the Saudi Arabian Federation for Astronomy, told Al Arabiya.net that when a solar eclipse occurs, it should be before or after a lunar eclipse because there is a small gap between the moon and the sun. There is an angle.
He added that the lunar eclipse will last for 4 hours and 17 minutes on Friday. The eclipse will begin at 6:14 pm on Friday, reach its peak at 8:24 pm and end at 10:31 pm.
He explained that people do not clearly feel the penumbral eclipse and cannot distinguish between its beginning and end. That is why the jurists have issued a fatwa that there is no prayer for this lunar eclipse.
A solar eclipse occurred at the end of Ramadan and was seen in Australia and Southeast Asia. This is a hybrid type of eclipse. There are three types of eclipses: total, partial and circumstellar.
