After launching its Watch Ultimate, Huawei continues to bet on leading the wearables market and is preparing another important launch.
According to a recently published rumor, the new Watch D2 with blood pressure measurement will hit the market later this year.
Huawei Watch D2 may arrive with improved blood pressure measurement

Huawei has already said it and its entire business strategy reflects it. The brand aspires to be a leader in the wearables market. And it intends to achieve this by launching several innovative devices.
It is recalled that Huawei recently launched the Watch Buds, a smartwatch that includes an earphone model under the dial, and the adventurous Watch Ultimate that competes directly with the Apple Watch Ultra.
Now, a new rumor spread on the Chinese social network Weibo states that the brand is preparing another launch in its line of smart watches. The Watch D2 will hit the market later this year.
Unfortunately, this rumor does not advance with information about the specifications of the model, only knowing that it will arrive with its innovative improved functionality of blood pressure measurement.
Huawei Watch D Specifications
It is recalled that the Watch D was officially introduced to the Chinese market in December 2021 and that it was the first smartwatch to include the effective monitoring function of blood pressure.
This feature uses air pump fixing brackets, located on the side of the cuff, that allow you to monitor your blood pressure to within a small margin of error of 3mmHg.
This model also allows you to take electrocardiograms, but the feature can only be activated after it has been approved by the responsible authorities (namely the European Medicines Agency). Anyway, it is another of the novelties that it presents in this segment.
In other health resources, Watch D also monitors blood oxygen levels, stress levels, sleep quality, and even includes skin temperature measurement.
It provides a range of up to seven days of use on a single charge and has more than 70 training modes to keep the user in top shape.
