Paulino managed to stop the clock at 35:16, leaving behind Makenzie Dunmore, from the United States, who did a time of 36:91.

From Santo Domingo, the president of the Dominican Athletics Federation, Gerardo Suero Correa, congratulated the Dominican athlete for her resounding victory, with which she continues to climb in world athletics.

“All of our athletes have been standing out in all the competitions where they attend and are accumulating points for their qualifications for the Games in San Salvador, as well as for the Pan American Games in Chile this year,” said Correa.
