According to the American media, the accused was trying to get his car ahead of theirs.
According to the report, the husband of the actress provided space for the accused to park the car but still he hit the car.
When the accused opened fire, the actress entered the studio to save her life. Later, the crew member reported the incident to the police.
The Los Angeles Police Department says it is investigating a shooting near Slawson and Western avenues.
It should be noted that Richards and Phifers tied the knot in 2018, before the actress was married to Charlie Sheen for four years and they have two daughters.
