Initial D, a motorsports manga series featuring car racing through steep mountains, originally published from 1995 to 2013 in Weekly Young Magazine. It was published by Kodansha Ltd., it sold more than 56 million copies.
In fact, MF GHOST first appeared in Weekly Young Magazine in 2017 as a continuation of previous work, featuring stories of car racing battles on real Japanese roads.
Additionally, a television anime adaptation of this fan-favorite is scheduled to premiere in 2023.
