King Khan had been late for the shooting of Ed’s movie, came to the set and did something that won his heart…

Cinematographer Lawrence Dcunha, who recently worked with Shah Rukh Khan on a publicity film, shared a photo with the star and shared an anecdote about working with him. Lawrence shared a post on Instagram on Tuesday reminding Shah Rukh Khan that he is indeed a gentleman.

In the picture, Lawrence was seen posing inside a toilet next to Shah Rukh, who was wearing only a gray t-shirt and was clean shaven. Lawrence wrote in the caption of his post: ‘Shooting my first publicity film with Shahrukh Khan, King Khan! Although he filmed all night for his next movie, he was a little late but he apologized for the delay.” He further added, “He was very respectful, completely professional, but he was joking. And the people on the set were laughing. We didn’t have a spot for him, so he sat on the road and asked if I could leave the lights on while he rehearsed his lines. His acceptance of his technicians and team overwhelmed me so much that he addressed everyone by his name. There was no dull moment with him on the sets. When he finally ended the session, he shook hands with everyone. He stayed until the end and even clicked photos with all of us. What a gentleman!!!”

Shahrukh fans commented fiercely on this post. One person wrote: ‘Shahrukh the sweetest, purest and humblest person in the whole universe. Another commented: “That’s why he’s the king.” The actor is currently in the midst of an elaborate career comeback of his own after four years of relative inactivity. He started appearing in commercials late last year and has since announced his return to three movies.

Shah Rukh, whose last big screen came in 2018’s Zero, will be seen in Siddharth Anand’s ‘Pathan’ and then Atlee’s ‘Jawan’, and is next seen in 2023 with ‘Dunky’ directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
