The Spanish motocross GP will gather 10,000 people

The Spanish Motocross Grand Prix to be held next weekend at the circuit of Arroyomolinos was officially presented this Tuesday before the media in the shopping center Intu Xanadu. They were attended by the Deputy Minister of Sports of the Community of Madrid, Alberto Tome; the mayor of Arroyomolinos, Ana Millan; the CEO of Lastlap and the event, Diego Munozand the manager of intu Xanadú, alexis martin. In addition, there were the Spanish pilots Daniela Guillen and the local Gabriela Sixfingersof the Spanish team competing in the Women’s World Cup.

The event stressed the importance of having the world focus on the Community of Madrid thanks to an international class event like this one and it was remembered that the 2021 edition was chosen as the best GP of the whole year. Some 10,000 fans are expected to attend the third edition of the MXGP of Spain that you can dispute and support the more than 20 national pilots that will meet in the five categories: European 125, the Women’s World Championships, MX2 and MXGP (the queen class, with Jorge Prado and Rubén Fernández as Spanish spearheads) and the Junior EMX, a test with electric motorcycles for the youngest pilots between 6 and 8 years old. Both Guillén and Seisdedos asked for the support of the public and recalled the 2021 edition, in which they assure that they felt the love and strength of the fans, both inside and outside the circuit.

The weekend will feature two days of competition, for a total of twelve sleeves on a layout that has undergone slight changes to increase the spectacle: new curves with more lines, raising the stands for greater visibility, a paddock for more than 80 trucks and 150 drivers and their respective teams…

Both the Community of Madrid, as well as the City Council of Arroyomolinos, the CSD and the Motorcycling Federation, hope that the event will have a great impact, further boosting the popularity of a sport like motocross, which is on the rise in our country.
