Xiaomi has just reinforced its range of products for the home with the multifunction printer Xiaomi Mijia Inkjet All in One printa. The new device for the home and/or office is extremely competitively priced, which we would also like to see in Europe.
Like previous generations of Xiaomi printers, the design is guided by simple and minimalist lines, with a white finish and plastic construction. It can not only print, but also photocopy and/or scan – a true inkjet all-in-one.
This is the new Xiaomi wireless printer for home and office
First of all, the Xiaomi Mijia Inkjet All-in-One Printer is a multi-function inkjet printer. Its design follows the tradition of the manufacturer, reaching the market in white like most of its products and accessories for the home and Lifestyle.
Like current printers, the Mijia Inkjet All-In-One Printer has several connection options (wired and wireless) so it can be used in the most diverse contexts. Of course, it can be used to print or scan via USB, cable or Wi-Fi as soon as you connect to your home network. That is, it works like a conventional wireless printer.
For its home market, China, the Mijia Inkjet All-in-One Printer can be used directly from WeChat with the remote printing function, through the Xiaomi Carefree Connect platform.

According to Xiaomi, this printer can be controlled by all members of the house through the Mijia App. Thus, everyone will have printing permission to streamline their needs and use of the product in question.
What’s more, when buying the new Xiaomi printer we also already have four high-quality ink cartridges included, with high capacity (ink volume). Thus, according to the manufacturer, up to 9,500 color pages can be printed until it is necessary to change the ink cartridges of this printer.
Smarter and more versatile, we would like to see it in Europe
Also according to Xiaomi, the process of changing ink cartridges is simplified thanks to a pressure mechanism that speeds up the removal and insertion of new components. This is a new implementation that will prevent waste of ink and dirt.
This printer is also capable of printing on both sides of the sheet, as well as scanning both sides of the same page, with a dedicated mode for scanning handwritten text. To this end, finer controls are available via the companion app for smartphones and mobile devices.
Finally, this Xiaomi Mijia inkjet multifunction printer is priced at 1,199 yuan in China, the equivalent of 188 dollars, or 170.25 euros, with no availability forecast in Europe.
