PlayStation 5 fans can now opt for new Midnight Black and Cosmic Red colors for their new console. From now on, as PlayStation has announced, we have new color cards, more specifically black and red for PS5.
These colors were previously announced in December 2021 and are now on the market. In fact, we already have the first units to arrive in stores with the new range of colors, ideal for those looking for a new Look to the console
Cosmic Red and Midnight Black are the new PS5 colors
Sony’s next-generation console originally launched with white side panels and a black center section. Incidentally, this color scheme is reflected in the DualSense controller, which also has a white top and black bottom.
However, before long, companies like Mark started offering custom panels when Sony didn’t have a proprietary solution. More recently, however, Sony had cited dbrand to stop selling it.
The result? In December we had the announcement of the new colors, now also available for the official controls, to which the PS5 panels are now added. Therefore, for those of you who want a totally official solution, now you have that possibility.
Complete and official customization for the PlayStation 5 console
As the company has announced, from now on, in the usual points of sale in Portugal, the cases of the new generation console are available in the Midnight Black and Cosmic Red editions.
These elements are available for the Standard and Digital versions. On the other hand, cases in the remaining colors of the Galaxy Collection, the galaxy-inspired accessory range: Starlight Blue, Galactic Purple and Nova Pink, will launch during the first half of 2022.
Finally, the new PS5 covers can now be purchased through stores like spent and the FNAC, at an estimated retail price of €54.99 per kit.
