OPPO introduced its new mid-range Android smartphone at a competitive price for 2022. OPPO A36, launched today on the market in China, highlighting its Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and 90 Hz screen.
The new mobile device thus hits stores as the manufacturer prepares its next high-end line, the Find X4 that will arrive during the first quarter of the year. However, this A36 will be a profitable option for the large China market.
The new OPPO A36 smartphone stands out for its Snapdragon 680 chip
The overall design of the product is similar to other OPPO devices, namely the Reno 6, as well as the OnePlus Nord. Keep in mind, however, that since last year, OnePlus and OPPO are essentially the same company, with the latter dominating the former. However, OPPO is an integral part of BBK Electronics, just like Vivo, for example.
Looking at the new Android smartphone, we immediately see that it gives up the 5G connection. That is to say, it is coupled to 4G mobile networks also by its modem present in Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 SoC, a mid-range chipset.
The launch of this new smartphone in the Chinese market has taken place today, January 11, without the manufacturer having announced any intention of making it reach Europe so far. However, the manufacturer has several smartphones of the “A” line currently available in our market, so we have good reason to believe in the arrival of this OPPO A36.

OPPO A36 smartphone main specifications
In short, this is a new mid-range Android smartphone with typical 2022 features. It is available in two color tones, with probably the latest Qualcomm processor without a 5G connection.
Finally, it remains to be seen when and if OPPO plans to market this new mobile device in Europe as well.
