The AnTuTu platform has just published the list of the most powerful smartphones currently available worldwide.
Unsurprisingly, the top 10 is completely dominated by teams with Qualcomm processors that, despite the alleged heat issues, continue to deliver unmatched performance.
The top 10 of the most powerful smartphones is dominated by Qualcomm processors
The benchmarking platform AnTuTu has just published the list of the most powerful Android smartphones, referring to last December. After the list that only includes models available in the Chinese market, now is the time to present the most powerful globally.
From the outset, the first piece of information to be drawn is that the top 10 of the most powerful are exclusively occupied by models equipped with Qualcomm processors. More specifically, in eight of the ten positions is the great winner of the month: the Snapdragon 888 processor. The remaining two positions are occupied by the Snapdragon 888 Plus. Both from the manufacturer Qualcomm.
Another conclusion is that the three places on the podium are reserved for gaming models: Nubia Red Magic, Asus ROG Phone 5S Pro and Asus ROG Phone 5. But when it comes to power factor, there are no surprises in this field.
However, it should be noted that the Nubia Red Magic 6 occupies a very solid first place, since it is about 22 thousand points away from the second place occupied by one of the Asus ROG models.
It should also be noted that these two models have very different specifications from each other. Red Magic is powered by Snapdragon 888 combined with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while Asus ROG 5S Pro is equipped with Snapdragon 888 Plus, 18GB of RAM and 512GB of internal memory.
And these are the most powerful mid-range smartphones on the Chinese market

When we made the list of the 10 most powerful Chinese mid-segment smartphones of December 2021, Qualcomm processors dominate, occupying eight of the ten positions.
Qualcomm’s dominance in this ranking is obtained, above all, by the Snapdragon 778G processor, but we also have the presence of the Snapdragon 750G and Snapdragon 765G processors.
For its part, MediaTek appears in seventh and ninth position with the Dimensity 900 and Dimensity 800U processors, respectively.
In terms of brands, Realme is the leader with its GT Master model, while Xiaomi is present in second and third place with the Mi 11 Lite and Mi 11 Lite 5G NE terminals. The three terminals are equipped with the 778G processor and 8 GB of RAM, varying only in the internal storage, since the Mi 11 Lite has 128 GB while the Realme GT Master and the Mi 11 Lite 5G NE have 256 GB of internal memory.
Regarding conclusions, we can say that the Chinese market is more competitive than the world market, which is characterized by its stability. That is, in the rankings of the Chinese market, the entries and exits of terminals are more frequent than in the global tops.
