Rumors are circulating that in September this year Apple will present four new models of its smartphone, which will not include the mini model.
But it looks like the iPhone 14 Pro will come with a revamped design and under-screen sensors for facial recognition.
The new iPhone models will feature 6.1 and 6.7-inch screens
In September this year, Apple will re-launch new models of its iPhone, which by then will be generation 14. But apparently the Cupertino company will not include a mini model in the series of four new smartphones.
According to a leak, Tim Cook’s company will present two devices with 6.1-inch screens and two more with a huge 6.7-inch screen.
Other sources of information also advance that the iPhone 14 Pro will come with a renewed design. It seems that the American brand is going to replace the notch in the screen with a perforated cutout that will house the front camera.
Advanced technology will allow efficient facial recognition
But according to the leaker known as Dylan, the iPhone 14 Pro will also include sensors under the screen for facial recognition. In his Twitter account, the leaker clarifies that the functionality will not be adversely affected by this change.
The explanation for this comes to us through the IndiaToday medium that says that Apple will use advanced technology so that the sensors integrated in the screen are capable of efficient facial recognition.
What else to expect from the next-gen iPhone?
As we’ve already mentioned, displays should come in 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch sizes, and the Max variant will necessarily have the latter. According to previous news, the Pro models are also expected to be equipped with sensors with better resolution.
Apparently, the iPhone 14 Pro models may come with a 48-megapixel main sensor and will most likely have a triple rear camera setup. Another novelty is that the Max model can have a titanium frame.
And of course it is expected that the new generation of iPhone will be equipped with the more powerful A16 Bionic chip, and that the models will also integrate a greater capacity of RAM. But since there is still a long time until September, everything could change.
