This week Apple finally unveiled the long-awaited 14 ”and 16” MacBook Pro with M1 Pro and M1 Max processors. These are the long-awaited powerful laptops with a healthy design makeover.
In keeping with data leaks, the new MacBook Pro regains the MagSafe charge, the HDMI port, and the memory card port. But since not everything could be perfect, Apple decided to surprise users with a notch at the top of the screen.
Based on Cupertino technology, this will not negatively impact the experience with new laptops. But the criticism continues on social networks, and it is already explained that this does not only cover the camera with 1080p resolution.
Notch on MacBook Pro has TrueTone and light sensor
The NY Times columnist, David Pogue, shared an image of what the notch of the new MacBook Pro houses. In addition to the aforementioned camera, it also has the TrueTone sensor, which allows colors to be consistent in all conditions.
This notch also houses the brightness sensor, which will help not only the brightness of the screen but also the keyboard. In addition, it also has the usual LED that lets you know if the camera is on.
What ends up disappointing is the fact that Apple puts a point on these MacBook Pros, but there is no room for their Face ID technology. In this way, users would be unlocked by fingerprint and facial.
