Now with the new personalization function, each profile will be much more complete and you will receive suggestions appropriate to each account, as well as the responses of the Google Assistant will be adapted to the activities and interests of each user.
According to a Google spokesperson, the new personalization functionality will begin arriving on Sony’s Google TV and TLC next month. Also according to the tech giant, different accounts can use different apps and credentials.
New Google TV update with also personalized ambient mode
But Google TV has more surprises for its users. After launching the custom streaming functionality, the company will also launch an ambient mode with personalized user information.
The new environment mode will be displayed on the TV screen when the TV is idle. At that time, the user will be able to view weather information, news, sports statistics and more on the screen, according to their own preferences and interests.
In custom mood mode, the screen will also expose shortcuts to music lists, podcasts, and photo albums.
