To facilitate Internet browsing, Samsung has brought its browser to the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic smartwatch models.
Based on WearOS, the browser brings new tricks so that the user can view content on a smaller screen than usual.
Swipe with Samsung WearOS-based browser gives access to options
It is in the Play Store where users of the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic smartwatches can get the update to access the WearOS-based Samsung browser.
But as we all know, viewing entire web pages on a small screen can bring some display issues. But Samsung proposes to fix this problem with some new tricks.
Thus, the first time the user uses the browser, a small guide with tips for an optimized viewing experience will appear on the smartwatch screen. For example, by sliding your finger diagonally to either side of the screen, users access the corners of the page.
Now swiping up shows favorites, zoom, and even a shortcut that sends the web page directly to the connected smartphone.
With the Samsung WearOS-based browser, users will also get a keyboard for a more comfortable experience and support for voice input.
