77% of Spanish Temu buyers recommend platform for low prices

Consumers are getting picky about prices. With inflation on the rise, people want value for their money. A recent survey by Ipsos shows 77% of Spanish users recommend Temu, a platform that connects buyers with manufacturers and sellers worldwide.

What makes Temu stand out? It’s all about balance. People want quality and fair prices. In Spain, one in three users wonders why the same products cost more on other platforms. Temu seems to be doing something right.

Here are the key findings:

  • Price is the top factor for online Spanish buyers (61%), followed by free shipping (55%) and easy returns (25%).
  • One in three Spaniards plans to increase online spending in 2025, leading Europe’s digital commerce growth.
  • Only 11% think higher prices mean better quality.
  • 74% of users shop online at least once a month, while 25% do it weekly.
  • Nearly 80% of users like Temu’s quality-to-price ratio.
  • Product variety, good shopping experiences, and affordable prices make Temu a popular choice.

According to Beatriz Irún Molina, an economics expert, “It’s not just about being cheap. It’s about understanding consumers and meeting their needs.” Temu seems to be doing just that. The platform is incorporating local sellers, offering faster deliveries and more variety.

Launched in 2022, Temu operates in over 90 markets. A Temu spokesperson says, “We’re giving control back to consumers, letting them access quality products without overpaying.” With prices rising and budgets tightening, that’s a welcome change.
