Search Warrant Executed in 9 de Julio Cemetery

Investigators in Argentina have launched a new search for evidence related to the disappearance of 5-year-old Loan Danilo Peña. According to sources, agents from the Argentine Federal Police have been working at the 9 de Julio cemetery, searching for clues that may lead them to the child.

Possible Accident Under Investigation

Laudelina, Loan’s aunt, claims that the child was run over while returning from a forest where he had gone to pick oranges. This statement has strengthened the hypothesis of a possible accident, but authorities have not ruled out the possibility of human trafficking being involved.

Excavation Work Underway at Cemetery

On Thursday, authorities carried out new searches, focusing on the house of Caillava and Pérez, where police officers from Buenos Aires Province were already present. The house has been under investigation after the couple was arrested in connection with the disappearance.

At the 9 de Julio cemetery, police broke a slab that was built just a day after Loan’s disappearance was reported. The work is part of the investigation into the possible accident hypothesis, and authorities have indicated that excavation work will continue in the coming hours, targeting another slab that was built around the same time as the child’s disappearance.

Community Calls for Justice

The disappearance of Loan Danilo Peña has left the community in shock. A march is planned for this Friday in Goya to demand the child’s safe return. As the investigation continues, authorities remain committed to finding Loan and bringing him home.
