
At least 15 people were injured when a rocket exploded near a cafe in the southwestern Russian city of Taganrog. Governor of Rostov region Vasiliy Golubev informed this information on Friday.
Vasily Golubev said in Telegram that there was probably a rocket explosion. Rescuers are at the scene. No one died. Many were injured. An ambulance was sent to take them to the hospital.
Vasily Golubev later confirmed that 15 people were injured. However, he referred to it as a ‘slight injury’.
Meanwhile, a video circulating online showed that a building was damaged in the city.
The Russian Defense Ministry blamed Ukraine for the attack.
