The way people use artificial intelligence is changing. It’s no longer just for big companies and experts. Now, many people use AI tools every day.

AI is everywhere

These tools are used by people of all ages. While younger people use them more, older people are also starting to use them. For example, over 1.4 million people in Spain who are 55 or older use AI tools every month. They spend over an hour using them.

One company, OpenAI, is very popular. Almost 10.8 million people in Spain use OpenAI every month. This means that about 2 out of every 10 people in Spain use OpenAI’s tools, such as ChatGPT. They spend about 2 hours and 6 minutes using these tools each month.

Other popular AI tools

Other AI tools are also popular. Google Gemini has over 2.3 million users, and Microsoft Copilot has over 2.1 million users. DeepSeek is also growing, with over 1.3 million users. Some tools, like Suno, use AI to create music and have over 330,000 users.

The year of AI

This year, AI tools have become more popular. They are easy to use and can be used for many everyday tasks. Many people are using them, and the number of users has increased by over 4 million since October.

According to David Sánchez, director of GfK Media, “AI has become a key part of people’s daily routines. It’s no longer just used for work or education, but for all sorts of things, like searching for information or entertainment. This success means we need to pay attention to the environmental impact and sustainability of AI.”
