12 people were killed in a shooting at a bar in Mexico

12 people were killed in the indiscriminate firing of unknown persons in a bar in Mexico.

According to a foreign news agency, on Saturday evening in the central city of Arapuato, unknown gunmen opened fire at a bar, as a result of which 6 women and 6 men were killed.

According to the city administration, 3 people were also injured in this attack, the security personnel are trying to trace the attackers, but the reasons for the firing are not clear.

This is the second bar shooting in Mexico in less than a month, after 10 people were shot dead in an attack on a bar in the Tarimuro area on September 21.

Earlier this month, an attack in the southern Mexican state of Guerrero killed 20 people, including the city’s mayor.

Battles for control of territory between drug cartels in Mexico have cost many precious lives.
