The Norwegian Prime Minister announced the return of national health restrictions to counter an outbreak of the coronavirus epidemic. Jonas Gahr Støre also announced the establishment of a third dose of the vaccine for people over the age of 18.

The return of the health pass will take place in Norwegian municipalities.
